It's been a bit since I've updated on Jax and his development, etc. ~As of last week he was 37 inches tall and weighs 35 pounds ~ he's all legs and no butt.
~He's coming to school with me again this year, and is pretty proud that he has his own "packpack."
~He likes anything to do with wheels, water, and balls. Recently, he's especially a huge fan of trains. He's constantly talking about engines (as in train, not car like Josh does...though I'm sure that'll come).
~He's starting to ask a lot of questions. Mostly "what" questions, and not "why"
~ Loves to help with projects
~Plays pretend a lot and some of the things that he acts out make me laugh. He's got quite the imagination
~ Is a huge creature of habit. He's back into a phase of liking to rock and cuddle for a couple minutes before his afternoon nap. After nap, he likes snack and cartoons. Before pajamas, he asks Josh and I if we went to watch a "moomie" and cuddle.
~Loves to laugh so hard he can hardly breathe. Which usually results in Josh and I laughing just as hard.
~ His favorite foods are chicken nuggets, french fries, pizza, oranges, graham crackers, and pudding. He is NOT a fan of any meats other than chicken unless they're on a pizza. He will eat anything as long as it's on a pizza crust (this includes any vegetable also). He will not eat chicken unless it's in nugget format.
~ We're coming along with potty training. This kid seriously has a bladder of steel though. He can run around naked from the waist down all day, with the exception of nap, and still be dry.
In just a couple weeks, he will be 2 and a half years old.
