This morning, I was working on a project in the foyer and had put Jax in the jumper so he could bounce for a bit and I noticed that I hadn't heard him talking for a couple minutes. When I turned to go downstairs, he was at the bottom of the stairs! One of the new things he learned this week was how to retrieve toys after he throws them on the floor, while he's still in his jumper. He bends over and hooks his legs so he doesn't fall face first on the floor, grabs the toy and then sits up long enough to throw it someplace else on the floor and do the same thing all over again. He has adapted this skill enough to lean far enough to crawl his way out of the jumper once he's upside down, I guess. He escaped from the jumper 4+ times today. We are in BIG trouble once he's walking, too!
